Hey Everybody!!! It's almost time for the 2nd Mineola Comic Book Market! This coming Saturday, November 9, from 10AM - 5PM at The Annex / Second Stage venue in Mineola, TX (119 N. Johnson) across the street from the Historic Select Theater, we present to you lots of comic books to peruse and purchase from the Golden Age to Modern times!
Lots of vendors with incredible selections! From the golden age of comics to present day, you can find it here! Plus collectible cards, action figures, and more!! PLUS meet comic book artist Cary Vallery and talk to him about how to break into the comic book business!

THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW!!!! With audience participation!!!!
In this cult classic, sweethearts Brad (Barry Bostwick) and Janet (Susan Sarandon), stuck with a flat tire during a storm, discover the eerie mansion of Dr. Frank-N-Furter (Tim Curry), a transvestite scientist. As their innocence is lost, Brad and Janet meet a houseful of wild characters, including a rocking biker (Meat Loaf) and a creepy butler (Richard O'Brien). Through elaborate dances and rock songs, Frank-N-Furter unveils his latest creation: a muscular man named "Rocky."
We will have complimentary "throws"/ prop bags on a first-come, first-served basis. And there is a large stage in front of the screen where we will act it out and dance the time warp together!!!
NO OUTSIDE THROWS WILL BE PERMITTED

Hey Gang! You guys have been asking me when the next Ghost Hunt is going to be...well here it is! This coming Friday and Saturday night (August 30 & 31) we will meet at the Historic Select Theater at 10PM and we will hunt two different locations each night. Tickets are $30 per person, per night... or get both nights for $55 if you purchase in advance.

You will be with a paranormal investigator team, and will be allowed to use loaner equipment (or bring your own). Hunts will go until 3AM each night. AND there will be a psychic medium along for the ride!

It's getting close to spooky season so we thought we would kick things off a little early! Come on out and let's have some creepy cool fun! (No one under 16 admitted without prior approval).

While Paracon may be over, the ghost hunting doesn’t have to stop!

Join us Saturday nights for haunted walking tours of downtown Mineola, TX. See photo for details or message the page for more information!

Every tour includes an indoors paranormal investigation inside a known haunted location where you can try your hand with our ghost hunting equipment. While we can’t guarantee activity, most tours see some sort of activity!

We want to say thank you to each and everyone of our speakers and vendors and all of our customers who braved the rain and made Paracon 2024 a success. We couldn't have done it without you.

The AIRPORT ghost hunt location is unfortunately CANCELLED for tonight’s ghost hunt due to inclement weather. All other indoor locations are still available and there are plenty of locations available to visit.

While you’re here visiting Paracon today, make sure you check out The New Corner store featuring unique sodas and candies and other boutique goodies. The store opens today from 10am to 6pm! It is located right next to Ye Olde Curiosities Shoppe.
