Friendly reminder that beginning January 1, 2026, all event updates will be published on Wisconsin Craft. Be sure to follow us so you don’t miss important announcements, deadlines, and opportunities like this one!

We are VERY EXCITED to offer a NEW Emerging Artist Program at the Morning Glory Art Fair, now available through ZAPPlication. This program is designed for artists with less than three years of experience exhibiting and selling at juried art fairs who are looking to take the next step in the fine art and fine craft industry.

Emerging Artists will jury through the same professional process and standards, with the benefit of a reduced booth fee upon acceptance. Priority will be given to Wisconsin-based artists, and all participants must provide their own professional booth setup.

We encourage first-time applicants to carefully review all rules, categories, and application details to set themselves up for success. If you’re ready to grow in the juried art fair world, this opportunity is for you!

The Morning Glory Art Fair is moving to the .center in downtown Milwaukee! We can’t wait to usher in summer together May 30–31, 2026, the first weekend after Memorial Day! It’s going to be an unforgettable weekend of fine art, local talent, and community connection.

✨ Congratulations to Kim Wilson ✨

We are thrilled to announce that Kim Wilson has been awarded the Annette Hirsh Memorial Award for Excellence in Jewelry at the 2025 Morning Glory Art Fair!

This award honors the legacy of Annette Hirsh—a Milwaukee jeweler, internationally recognized metalsmith, and founding member of the Wisconsin Designer Crafts Council (the predecessor of Wisconsin Craft). Annette dedicated her career to advancing fine craft and served in many roles within the organization.

In her name, judges selected a jewelry artist who exemplifies excellence in traditional metalsmithing techniques—a distinction Kim Wilson has so beautifully achieved through her work.
