The very first BLK Girl Fest was a vision brought to life and this recap only captures a glimpse of how beautiful it truly was.

The laughter. The dancing. The healing. The conversations. The connections. The joy and most importantly, the incredible Black women who filled the space and made it what it was.

To every attendee, vendor, panelist, moderator, performer, wellness practitioner, volunteer, sponsor, partner, and supporter, thank you. You showed up, poured into this experience, and helped us create something we’ll never forget.

We’re STILL on a high from the very first BLK Girl Fest.🥹

If we’re being honest, we miss y’all already!

There was something so special about being in that space together. The laughter, the conversations, the dancing, the hugs, the vulnerability, the joy, the energy, it was everything. Seeing Black women come together, support one another, pour into themselves and simply BE was a feeling we’ll never forget.

We created BLK Girl Fest with the hope that every woman would feel seen, welcomed, celebrated and cared for and watching that vision come to life was incredibly emotional.

To everyone who attended, participated, volunteered, sponsored, donated, performed, spoke, vended, supported, shared a post, purchased a ticket, or simply believed in what we were creating, THANK YOU.🫶🏾
You made the first BLK Girl Fest what it was.

We’re still processing the love, the lessons, the beautiful moments and the energy that filled every room and honestly? We’re already thinking about what’s next. 👀

Until then, just know that we are incredibly grateful that you chose to spend your time with us.

We miss being in that space with you. We miss the energy. We miss the sisterhood and we’re carrying the memories with us. 💕

Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude. 💕

The very first BLK Girl Fest was everything we hoped it would be and so much more.

To every woman who walked through our doors, thank you. Thank you for showing up for yourself, for embracing the experience, for connecting with one another and for helping create an atmosphere filled with joy, healing, laughter and genuine sisterhood.

Seeing so many incredible Black women gathered in one space, sharing conversations, supporting Black-owned businesses, participating in wellness experiences, dancing, laughing and simply enjoying the moment was truly beautiful. This is exactly why BLK Girl Fest was created.

To our vendors, speakers, performers, moderator, panelists, wellness practitioners, volunteers, sponsors, partners and every person who contributed behind the scenes, thank you for believing in this vision and helping bring it to life. Your time, talent, generosity and dedication made this day possible.

This wasn’t just an event. It was the beginning of something special. A reminder of what can happen when Black women come together in community, choose themselves and celebrate one another.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making history with us. We are deeply grateful for every hug, every conversation, every smile and every memory created.
