After thoughtful consideration, we have made the decision to postpone BLK Girl Fest to ensure we are able to provide the impactful experience our community deserves.

We are deeply grateful to every vendors, speakers, performers, sponsors, volunteers and ticket holders who believes in this vision. Your support means more than words can express.

Thank you for your patience, grace and continued belief in what we are building. BLK Girl Fest is a space intentionally created for Black women to heal, connect and celebrate. We are committed to making this experience everything it is meant to be.

To our BLK Girl Fest community,

After thoughtful reflection and with our community at the center of every decision, we have decided to postpone BLK Girl Fest to a new date: Saturday, July 25th at the Baird Center in Wisconsin.

This decision was not made out of defeat, but out of intention. We believe gatherings rooted in healing, sisterhood, creativity and empowerment deserve the time and space to reach every young woman, young adult, family member, and supporter who needs to be in the room. By moving the event, we are creating more opportunity for our community to show up fully to invite a friend, bring a daughter, gather a sister circle and help us build the experience this moment truly deserves.

BLK Girl Fest has always been bigger than a single date. It is a movement centered on connection, support, wellness, joy, and creating safe spaces for Black girls and women to be seen, celebrated, and poured into. This extra time allows us to expand our reach, strengthen partnerships, and ensure the impact matches the vision.

To everyone who has already purchased tickets, signed up, partnered, sponsored, or shared this event: thank you! Your belief in this mission means everything to us. All tickets and registrations will automatically transfer to the new event date. We will also reach out to ticket holders via email with different transfer options.

A pivot is not a cancellation, it’s strategy and we believe what’s coming together will be even more meaningful because of it.
