If you're old enough to have gone on the Florida scenic route tourist trap tour with your parents when you were young in the 70s and early 80s to places like Silver Springs, Weeki Wachee, Monkey Gardens, Parrot Jungle and there was this awesome place Six Gun Territory... a wild west show, trains, Cowboys, Native Americans and a lot of fun! Well it's back n running again! And some of the original cast are still in the show!! And guess what? They're a comin' to the Gulf Coast Renaissance & Wild West Roundup Fest March 2 and 3 2024 at the Santa Rosa Fairgrounds puttin' on their wild west show down between lawmen and the outlaws the shadow riders posse! Thanks to the inspiration to love of living history bestowed by Father John Licari of St. Anne's Church with his "St. Anne's Round Up" a 3 decades of existence Wild West Living History event in Pensacola that sadly went away after Licari's passing but then the Gulf Coast Renaissance Faire sprouted up to replace the much missed event...thanks to the late Father Jack Gray and good friend Robert "Bob" DiMonte who allowed us to use the old Round Up grounds for the first Gulf Coast Renaissance Faire back in 2001...and also thanks to friend Victor "Vic" Martine of Silver, Sword & Stone who helped us get merchants and friend Neil Hahn who put in a great deal of sweat equity to help set up & run the 1st Gulf Coast Renaissance Faire...
