Part of the Celebration is what we're calling a "Reverse Parade" Instead of having a parade in town where there are floats that are moving, it will be inside the Expo building at Harvest Ridge. Each entrant will have a space that they can get creative with! If you want just a table and a few chairs, that's fine, if you want to have your group up and active and interacting with folks, that's great! If you want to hand out candy or promotional items, that's fine as well! You the "floats" will be stationary and the people will move through. Be creative, have fun and we look forward to any businesses, organizations participating! For all those fire trucks, police cars, big rigs, any kind of machinery you think kids and parents alike would want to see, mark it and there's going to be a special place just outside the expo building so the kiddos can still experience all the sirens and light and cool big vehicles, just more up close and personal!
We will also have a separate area with certain organizations with demonstrations and things that require a calmer environment for discussions, so if you're someone like that, reach out and there's a different form for that!
