We had such a great reunion! It was great catching up with family we haven’t seen in a while and visiting with friends who joined us. We hope to see everyone again next year!

Reminder: Work Day at Lamb’s Chapel
Join us on Saturday, October 4th at 9:00 a.m. for a work day in preparation for the Keziah and Brinson Lamb Reunion. We’ll be getting the church and social hall ready, as well as setting up tables outside under the shelter.

The Keziah and Brinson Lamb Reunion will be held Sunday, October 12th at Lamb's Chapel. Church service will begin at 11:00 am. Rev. Bob Norwood will be bringing the message. During the service, we will be having a memorial in memory of the following family members:

The annual Keziah and Brinson Lamb Reunion will be held on Sunday, October 12, 2025, at Lamb’s Chapel UMC. Church service starts at 11:00 am, followed by a covered dish lunch. Barbeque and stew are taken care of. Tea and ice will be needed.

With the passing of our president, Elizabeth Cobb, we need more family members to step up and volunteer to ensure the reunion continues. Without this support, the event may not be possible.
The following have agreed to continue their roles:
• Gwen Stropoli – Treasurer of Lamb Cemetery Fund
• Patrice Toulson – page
• Livia Daniel, Diane Morris, Cathy Bargeron, Michael Oglesby – Memorial Service

Gwen will have the treasurer’s report and donation box for the Lamb Cemetery Fund available outside. Checks should be made to Lamb Cemetery Fund.

A volunteer sign-up sheet will also be provided for the following items. More than one person may volunteer for each item.
1. Plates, cups, napkins, utensils
2. Table coverings
3. Ice
4. Trash disposal
These volunteers will be for next year. Many have suggested this format would eliminate the need for a president since the only reunion business is the cemetery fund and reunion day volunteers.
Reminders will be sent to the volunteers in September by Facebook.

Due to the recent devastation in our area from Hurricane Helene, it has been decided to cancel the Keziah and Brinson Lamb Reunion this year. There are at least two huge trees down at Lamb’s Chapel. They are not on the church. As of right now there is no power and unsure of when the power will be restored. The members of our family who were going to be remembered in the memorial service will be remembered next year.
