Contract part-time event worker needed at the beautiful Midlothian Conference Center. Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for event set-up and tear-down, cleaning, and minor maintenance. May work directly with customers to provide service during events. Specific duties include ensuring tables, chairs, beverage stations, and various items are set up according to event schedules and floor plans. Reset rooms after events. Perform various custodial duties such as trash can and litter collection and disposal; cleaning and restocking bathrooms and kitchen; maintain a clean facility by mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, etc.
