Loch Lothian 5K and 10K

We are 46 days away from the 2023 Capital Ale House Loch Lothian 5k/10K and our newest race the Loch Lothian 1 Mile Dash! We have some really great sponsors this year including Capital Ale House, Sumser Insurance Professionals, YouFit Gyms, Mission BBQ, Wegmans, Dances with Wool and Coal Mine Coffee. And we have some changes in the course that will make a great race even better. This year the race proceeds will go to help the mission of K-9s for Warriors, the nation's largest provider of service dogs for disabled veterans. As we do each year, we will be honoring a military unit. This year we are privileged to honor the 2nd Cavalry Regiment. There will be lots of free Mission BBQ sliders, race swag, food, giveaways and fun. This year we will also have a team competition to award the fastest Dental Practice in Central Virginia. Tell your friends who work at a dental office to register a 4 person team and go for the gold. The course is beautiful but challenging. Just a short note to say we are thankful to all who have signed up to support the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund and the 10th Mountain Division Association by registering for the Loch Lothian 5k/10K as runners or volunteers.
Your packet pick up will be Friday evening Feb 7th from 5-7PM at Midlothian Middle School. We have some coupons from fleet feet for all who come out for the packet pick up. You can also pick up your packets beginning at 7:30 AM on race day if you are unable to make it on Friday evening.
During this last week before the race, please encourage your friends, families and co-workers to come out to support such an important cause by registering.
The long range forecast calls for good weather on the 8th so we are thankful for that as well.
We look forward to seeing you at packet pick up on Friday and at the start line on Saturday morning, Feb. 8th.

We are a little over a month away from the 2020 Loch Lothian 5K and 10K! We are excited about the race but we need some volunteers to make this a great race experience for our runners! If you want to volunteer to help out at Loch Lothian or you know of someone who wants to help, here is the link to our volunteer sign up!

Just wanted to give everyone a "sneak peak" at the first draft of this years Loch Lothian official race shirt. On the right sleeve is the American Flag and the left sleeve features the shoulder insignia of our featured military unit...the 10th Mountain Division from Fort Drum NY. We are getting very excited!

Just wanted to say that I hope everyone is having a great summer. Thank you for supporting the Intrepid fallen Heroes Fund by being a big part of the Loch Lothian Race.
