Dear Event Professional,
I’m reaching out to invite you to be part of an upcoming luxury bridal event:
The Bridal Experience at Ettanaej Event Center
This will be an intimate, curated event designed to connect engaged couples with top-tier wedding
professionals in a beautifully styled setting.
We’re bringing together a select group of Event Professionals to not only showcase their services, but
also create an interactive experience for our brides.

📅 Saturday, May 30th
⏰ 12:00pm to 3:00pm
🎟️ Ticketed event (ensuring qualified attendees)
What we’re looking for:
We’d love for each vendor to bring a small experience element or showcase item, such as:
• Cake or dessert samples
• Mini makeup sessions or beauty touch-ups
• Signature drinks or treats
• Product samples or giveaways
• Live demonstrations (if applicable)
• Marketing Materials
• Any Sweepstakes for attendees
Collaboration Expectation:
To make this event successful for everyone, we ask that all participating vendors actively promote the
event on their social media platforms, and networks.
This includes sharing the flyer, inviting potential brides, and engaging with event posts leading up to
the event.
Vendor Investment:
$100 per vendor
What’s included for vendors:
• Display space for your business, includes 6ft table and tablecloth
• 3 hrs. of exposure plus an additional 2hrs for set up
• Direct interaction with engaged brides
• Opportunity to offer exclusive booking specials
(Limited spots to maintain a high-quality, non-overcrowded experience).
We are being intentional about the vendors we select to keep the experience elevated and beneficial
for everyone involved.
