Hello, I'm Rachelle, owner of Legacy Four Events and Catering, Rocky's City Cafe 1 Donham Plaza, and MR Hotdog 1105 Central Avenue. My venue is located in Downtown Middletown at 1105 Central Avenue Middletown, Ohio 45044, inside the Pendleton Art Center. The venue features two galleries: a large one that seats up to 350 guests and a small one that accommodates up to 80 guests. ‘Twas the 9th of December, when all through the PAC, the artists were wishing old friends would come back. The studios were decorated by the artists with care, in hopes that all of you would soon be there!!
