Hello folks!
We would like to first thank everyone that supported our previous races on the old football field. Whether you were a sponsor, volunteer, racer, or spectator. We couldn't have thrown it together without your support. With the money we raised over the years we have donated AS MUCH as we could afford to the Middle River Legacy Center, Middle River Fire Department, Tri County Ambulance, Marshall County Social Services, and many more organizations that I can't remember off the top of my head.
It is with great pain to say we voted to shut down. The reason why we are shutting down is because of contract issues with the City of Middle River. Every year they wanted a bigger percentage of the profits. It was to the point where we would be operating in the red if we signed the new contract or were forced to start donating less to other organizations.

If anyone wants tires, please message us! The bill for recycling them isn't cheap!

The Middle River Baja Committee would like to thank all of you for making the Cody Olafson Memorial Race so memorable. We could feel Cody’s presence during the whole ceremony and races, and he made sure the rain stayed away.

Thank you to the drivers, spectators, workers, sponsors, Marshall Counthy Sheriff’s Dept, Middle River Fire Dept, Middle River Ambulance, Border Patrol and US Customs, American Legion Post 444, and Cody’s family and friends. The list could go on forever. For anyone that was missed, please know we appreciate each and every one of you!

Couple more reminders for Goose Fest Baja.

Drivers meeting at 3:10 by start line.

Memorial ceremony starts at 3:30. No cars are to be running during ceremony. Drivers are welcome to stand on the track for the ceremony.

If for any reason you are unable race Saturday please message us and we will remove you from the list.

Let's make this a memorable day and put a smile on Cody's face!

Here is the route we would like you all to follow when coming Saturday.

Stop where it says to on the map. We will have someone at that spot to start letting you go to register.

We are doing this to allow all of the parade floats and vehicles to get out prior to you going in. This will avoid the chaotic congestion of trying to do both at the same time.

Be respectful not to block driveways or traffic flow. This route will have less traffic in general.
