SEED Food & Wine Week, is the premier conscious plant-based festival in the country. Join us January 26-29 in Coconut Grove & Miami.

SEED Food & Wine Week celebrates conscious and sustainable plant-based living featuring foods, fine wines, craft beers, spirits, wellness and fitness. The Festival gathers some of the most talented speakers, chefs, celebrities, athletes and authors for an fun, educational, enriching, hip but most of all delicious, week of food, cocktails, film, parties, wellness and events. Events include upscale dinners, film screening, garden parties, and a Southern brunch, all leading up to a large-scale outdoor festival featuring food, wine, juices, music, gifts, organic body care, clothing, yoga, and everything that celebrates conscious plant-based living. Whether vegan, veggie-curious or you just dig Meatless Monday, anyone who enjoys fresh, locally-sourced food, wellness and conscious living will love SEED.

Join us for a SEED Sweat & Reset on October 26th from 10am-2pm at The Rivian rooftop. 4 powerhouse instructors will guide you through a full morning of movement: strength training, yoga flows, and dance.

In between classes, recharge with healthy bites and drinks, explore the wellness market, and connect with a community that’s all about balance.

Delicious bites provided by Stroop Club, Farmer’s Fridge and Top Seedz and special drinks by Kinship Milk Tea and Curious Elixirs.

Reshoo Pande - 10am - 10:45
• Reshoo will lead a high intensity, low impact strength training class using the power of your own bodyweight! You will spend 30 minutes on a full body strengthening workout with specific emphasis on legs, glutes, core and functional upper body strength. You will then wind down with a restorative 15 minute deep stretch and final reverence to reward our bodies for showing up for us week after week.
• Reshoo is the owner of Define Private Training in Frisco, TX, where her instructors empower women to feel stronger and healthier focusing on strength training, Lagree and injury prevention. 🤍

Diana Paschal - 11am - 11:45am
• Diana will lead a modern, refined yoga and mobility class for self-cultivation, longevity, and wellbeing, inspired by Katonah Yoga, Iyengar, mobility and breath techniques to create a more optimal abode. Expect to refine your practice with cues that support deeper somatic awareness.
• Diana is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, somatic coach, and founder of AwakenAWE, a platform for community classes, retreats and trainings. 🤍

Carolina Sisti - 12pm - 12:45 pm
• Carolina will lead a 45-60 min total body weight session that will focus on core and hip strengthening sprinkled with cardio exercises.
• Carolina is a certified personal trainer who leads weekly online and outdoor workouts at Camp Gladiator in Kyle, TX. 🤍

Kaitlyn Pennington - 1pm - 1:45pm
• Kaitlyn will lead a dynamic class blending yoga, body weight strength training and dance to help you release, reset and reconnect.
•Kaitlyn created Inclusion Health to help promote a healthy lifestyle.
