Winter Music Conference 2026 has come to a close, and we’re proud to say it was a resounding success.

Producing a conference of this kind takes a lot of time and energy, but already hearing such positive feedback about how impactful this experience has been makes it so worthwhile.

Watching connections form across the electronic music industry - both on and off stage - is something we will never tire of. Whether it be insight on panels and workshops, meetings with A&R labels, or dancing at rooftop pool parties.

The exciting thing is, WMC’s new chapter has just started, and we already have so many exciting ideas for next year.

Thank you to each and every one of you - our speakers, sponsors, staff, brands and attendees - for helping us make Winter Music Conference 2026 a genuinely game-changing experience for so many. We simply couldn't have done this without you.

For nearly four decades, the IDMAs have recognized the artists, creators, and industry leaders shaping the global electronic music scene.

This year, the awards return to close Winter Music Conference 2026.

Next Thursday evening, top innovators in dance music will be celebrated, as the IDMAs present accolades to this year’s winners. Categories include Best Song (Dance), Label, Festival, Club and Event Series of the Year, as well as categories for Artist and Breakthrough Artist of the Year.

We’ll also be hosting a special presentation by Bridges for Music, who empower young creatives through music programs. Their segment will showcase the power of music to transform communities.
