The Freshest New Festival in New Orleans! The New Orleans Sushi Fest & Competition will feature sushi creations and Japanese inspired dishes created by individuals and restaurants from around the New Orleans Metro area. Each participating chef will compete in various categories, and one will be crowned the 2015 Grand Champion by a panel of esteemed judges. This second annual event, which celebrates Japanese culture and food, anticipates over 2,800 attendees for an afternoon with our area's best sushi, Japanese beer, sake, Japanese crafts and live entertainment by Flo Tribe.
