New Orleans Investment Conference For over five decades there’s been only one sure thing in investing: The New Orleans Investment Conference.

We have a new individual joining us this year at our 52nd Annual New Orleans Investment Conference. Alasdair Macleod has had a career of 55 years in the securities industry and banking. Initially a stockbroker in London, he learned his trade as a floor broker, institutional salesman and in corporate finance. Following his brokering career, he became Investment Director for a mutual fund group, was retained as an advisor to a number of banks on securities management and administration, and became an Executive Director of a bank in the Channel Islands. He first became interested in gold as a broker following the suspension of the Bretton Woods Agreement, an interest which has developed into a wider expertise on money, credit, and economics. Today, he has a popular Substack channel where he writes on these topics and related matters. Welcome, Alasdair and VON GREYERZ AG, to the New Orleans Conference.

The New Orleans Conference is only six short weeks away! This week we'd like to highlight Grant Williams as one of our keynote speakers. As one of the world’s most respected macro thinkers, Grant Williams connects markets, history, policy and investor psychology in a way few others can. His big-picture perspective will help frame the forces driving today’s markets — and what they could mean for your portfolio.

To see Grant live and in person, or from the comfort of your own home virtually, click here: https://neworleansconference.com/online-registration/. October will be here before you know it!
