Does anyone have any extra pop up tents you would kindly let us use for the tournament concessions/raffles, we need 2-3 4 at the most!

Some info on rules:

Must have 2 players of the opposite s*x on the field at a time and in the line up.

1 pitch with mat tournament
USSSA rules and regulations, any rules not covered will be at the umpires discretion.

PITCHING- 3-10 ARCH

RUN RULE: 20 runs after 4 innings, 15 runs after 5 innings.

Guys-USSSA STAMP bats only
Woman- any bat

Home team will be decided by a coin flip, captains please have your teams ready and warming up 15 minutes before your scheduled game time!

2 Home Run limit, you may purchase two more, each one costing $10 and must be purchased before the first pitch. once the home run limit is reached, any home run hit over the fence turns into an automatic OUT!

No limit to batting line up

50 min game time-no inning can start with less than 5 minutes left

Teams may only use a player from another team that has been eliminated from the tournament to make 10 players so they can continue to play.

NO ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION DURING THE GAMES TO INCLUDE ON THE FIELD OR IN THE DUGOUTS!

Do not argue with the umps calls-this is a tourney for a good cause and they are volunteering their time!!!
