Max was just talking about how he wanted this fight and guess they either had it in the making and just signed the contracts or made it happen quick within a day or two! Two guys that could of and should of fought long ago and both from the same era in the UFC that never fought yet. Perfect fight for Max to finish in the featherweight division before moving up and a great possible retirement fight for the zombie!! I got Max no doubt but will be a great fight! And then after I cant wait to see Max jump to 155!

Got a UFC ppv event this weekend!! Womens bantamweight title and mens lightweight title eliminator fight! Its 50/50 on the womens but maybe a little more towards Nunes. And in the co main event id say 50/50 again but more towards Beneil! And hopefully he does win because he deserves a title shot. But hes on long streak and feel like he has more momentum behind him. Feel like it will go all 3 rounds, shpuld be a fove round co main event especially with a title shot possibly or hopefully for the winner. But then again of Beneil wins then he definitely gets a shot but if charles wins then idk if he will for sure get a shot and will need another win to get it and will skip to the winner of dustin vs justin that os coming up after this event. But nonetheless they will be great fights!

This will be good fight! Would be cool to see Yoel win a title before he ends his career. For awhile in the ufc he was the guy that definitely could of been champ at one moment. Beat a lot of good guys and had a few title shots but never a win. Sure the ufc belt has more weight that a bellator title but still a great achievement no matter the organization. But the current champ Nemkov is no joke. Ill go with the champ with winning but as long as yoel doesn’t fight like he fought izzy his last title fight he was in he can have a chance. One fight I wish we saw in bellator before he passed was yoel vs rumble. That would of been a banger if a fight with someone going to sleep lol. But will be interesting to see how this title fight plays out. Yoel is one of the older fighters who still is very dangerous!

Fight Announcement! A fight between top featherweight contenders Emmett (5)vs Topuria (9)! Both are beasts and been on winning streaks minus Josh’s setback in his last fight against now interim champ Yair Rodriguez. But that doesn’t take away from what he has done and will and can do. And Topiria is on a five win streak and a very talented striker and will stand and engage in a striking battle along with Emmet. Both will do their part in putting on a show and showcasing their skills. And my two cents is as hard as Josh hits I think Ilia Topuria will out strike him and win by ko/tko. This will be a real fun fight to watch and will help move the winner closer to a title shot or might in fact get them there

Heres my two cents on this article and quote from Dana. Im sure he is a little bit serious about putting that fight together but also im sure mostly he said that to p**s Francis off. He knows thats one of the big boxing fights he wants and top of his list. And would be a big blow to him and the PFL is Dana, Jon, and the ufc takes that fight away from him. Yes Dana was talking about an MMA fight but im sure they also possibly talk a out a boxing match too. And with Jon they can do it just like when Conor fought Floyd. And its funny hes talking about doing it with Jon and when Francis was negotiating they couldnt of brought that up and do something together with it? But Francis imo was too busy trying to get all this stuff for other fighters. And that why that stuff hasn’t happened because most fighters have to look out for themselves and their families. But this is funny because its pretty much Dana trying to p**s off Francis and to get a laugh out of if.

That is a good question and out of the top guys that doubt have fights and minus Merab and O’Malley there are definitely some good fights to be made. Anyone in the top 10 besides those two would be good matchups. You go with Sandhagen, Yan, Vera, Song, Umar, or Font. All are coming off wins besides Yan and Vera but considering the competition and who they’ve fought and beaten before that it doesn’t matter if they lost their last fights. Its kind of hard because I wouldnt mind seeing any of them but what ones would get him to another title shot. Obviously a fight with Sandhagen or Yan would do the trick but im sure he would need a couple so id like to see a Song or Umar fight. Song is a rising contender and Umar is too and is also undefeated. Chito would be a fun fight to with him. If he needs lets say two wins to fight for gold again id say a big name like Yan or Sandhagen because Yan is an exchamp and Cory is always right about there for a title shot. And then the second should be one of the rising contenders that behind those two like vera, song, or Umar. But all depends on Henry’s plan. Or since he really wanted to fight Volk at featherweight then fight a top contender in that division and see if that can get him a shot at that title. But thats my two cents on that question on who or whats next for him. Thats if he continues to fight.

Its Saturday! So that means fights!!! The UFC has their Fight Night tonight. Main event is Mackenzie Dern (5-2)** vs Angela Hill (2-5)** in the main event and Edmen Shahbazyan (2-3)* vs Anthony Hernandez (4-1)* in the co main and both of those fights are going to be really good and lets see who rises in their rankings! Also we have Michael “the menance” Johnson (2-3)* vs Diego Ferreira (2-3)*, Buckley (2-3)* making his welterweight debut vs Andre Fiahlo (2-3)*.

Fun fact: Almost all of these fighters are going into tonight with 2 wins and 3 losses in their last 5 fights. Lets see who can get a win! And this is why Justin "the Highlight" Gaethje is one of my favorite fighters! A modern day gladiator and one violent man! Ever since his debut I was hooked and became an instant fan. One of my favorite things about his career is after his debut win he was calling out all fighters looking for his equal and asked for the then lightweight boogeyman Tony Ferguson. And fast forward after a few losses even thought he wons bonuses because they were great fights and performances and lost in the very end of each fight and being called the homer simpson of mma and then racking up many ko or tko wins and going from his crazy wild carefree style to more calculated fighting he finally got his shot at the interim title against the long win streaking Tony Ferguson and beat him like nobody has ever done. Was such a masterful performance and what most would agree is the fight and person that took a part of Tony’s soul that night amd never was the same since. Love rewatching that fight and was cool because it was the first event during covid and had no one in attendance so it was quiet and heard every single punch and kick and everything. Just hearing those noises its no wonder Tony was never the same. Even though Justin ended up losing to Khabib I think he was the only fighter to really make Khabib nervous and gave that feeling that Justin might pull off that upset. But since then he keeps on putting on crazy fights and creating more highlights hence the nickname and cashing in on those bonuses! Hopefully oneday he gets that undisputed belt before he hangs it up. Excited for his rematch against Dustin where he was close to winning before Dustin stopped him. But thats when he was a lot more careless in the octagon. If he puts on another performance like against Tony I think he got it! Either way im rooting for him and no he can pull it off. His kicks are going to destroy those legs again and this time im sure more careful with getting hit and will stopped him this time.

Before that huge ufc 291 card we have Volk going back to featherweight to unify the title against interim champ Yair Rodriguez! This will be a fun fight for the 290 main event! Volk is coming back down after a war against the lightweight champ. Now at number 2 in the p4p ranking he goes back down to defend the belt in the division he has been unstoppable at! Besides Max Max "Blessed" Holloway Volk is one of the best. But what makes this an interesting and fun fight is the style of Yair. Very creative and wild with his striking and since that beatdown by Frankie Edgar at ufc 211 improved his ground game a lot. Im sure we will see a standup war and excited to see how Volk will do against him. Volk is one tough guy and hasnt been knocked out at all so we shall see if Yair can pull that off! Or a submission like when he won the interim belt against Josh Emmet. Maybe he can ise that reach and creativity to catch him. And Volk is very well rounded too and used to stand up battles too. Especially after facing and beating Max 3 times. You know what would be crazy? If Yair catches him with an out of know where and possibly last second shot like he did to the korean zombie! But along with that we have the flyweight title on the line in a third fight between Moreno and Pantoja and will be a fun one. Pantoja has beat him once on the Ultimate Fighter and once on an offical fight card so it will be interesting to see how a third plays out! Both have had many wins and careers since then and will be interesting to see who comes out with the belt! And also on the card is a fight between top middleweights and of my favorite fighters and the best middleweight besides the champ Robert Whittaker MMA vs Dricus Du Plessis and will decide Izzys next challenger for the belt. My money is on us seeing Izzy vs Whittaker 3 and hopefully Rob gets his revenge moment and get that belt back! Even though Izzy and DDP has had some words lately that beef can brew a bit longer and will eventually happen. And also on the prelims is the soon to be Hall of Fame inductee Ruthless Robbie Lawler fight his last fight against wild man Niko Price! Niko is always in exciting fights but I hope to see one last Lawler KO or war and victory! He will be inducted along with Rory Mcdonald for their epic second fight where Robbie defended his belt and won by tko in the last round and was a war for the ages with many unforgettable and iconic moments. Other notable fights on this card is LW’s Jalin Turner vs Dan Ho**er, Bo Nickal in his sophomore fight and Sean Brady looks to bounce back after a loss with a fight against another top 15 guy in Jack Della Maddalena and will be a good fight to see who climbs the welterweight rankings! UFC is turning up the temperature this summer with fire cards and fights! 🔥😎.

The whole thing about this deal that I keep saying is that it looks good in theory but reality, a big no. A detail people are overlooking is that he wont be fighting any of the regular heavyweights and not inthe tournament. So none of those guys are going to fight him or make anything from this lol. He’s fighting in the superfight division which probably doesn’t even exist yet except in this fantasy deal. Now they’ll have to pay even more for someone else to come to even fight him. But I think that will be hard because really theres no interesting fight or one people are itching to see, well besides Jon Jones but obviously that isn’t happening. And he wants to box first then have a mma fight. I doubt he fights within the next year or two. What he really got was just a corporate job at pfl. Nothing wrong with that but I dont feel like its a deal for the people like they are making it seem like.
