Representing Mercer County Community College was Elizabeth Rzasa! Elizabeth is a higher education leader, performer, and passionate advocate for the arts, mental health, an advocate for women, and for community engagement. She has served at Mercer County Community College for over twenty years and is currently pursuing her doctorate focused on how the performing arts can help develop more empathetic & effective leaders in higher education. A recent breast cancer survivor, Elizabeth is especially honored to be at the ballpark sharing her love of music, resilience, & community with all of the fans!

The museum is mostly free, air conditioned and a low mileage to adventure right in our Capital.

Don't miss tomorrow's talk at 12 noon! Hear about New Jersey's Black Heritage Trail and the dynamic history of African Americans in New Jersey during the Revolutionary War period. Dr. Snyatra Smith shares an overview of the historical marker program and specific Black Heritage Trail sites throughout NJ that are doing phenomenal work to share the contributions of Black soldiers, the establishment of early Black communities, and the way Black women created public and private spaces for themselves.

Talk will be in the Museum's Riverview Court. Free and open to the public.
