Veggies in the Middle will be present at the Farmers Market at the Grove School annual Craft Fair on December 1st. It's a chance to purchase my cookbook, Yellow Orange and Red: Veggies to Warm Your Tastebuds, plus holiday luminaries and snow people. We had some cut up veggies from a recent event, so we sauted them with a little ground corriander then braised in plain water. Served up with shrimp, lightly sauted with chopped green onions, and super was done in a flash.

Enjoying the weather and the people this weekend at Los Rios Ranch Old West Days in Oak Glen. Come up and enjoy the laid back event, food, vendors, historic activities and music, and Veggies in the Middle! I'm talking about heirloon vegetables at 2:00 each day. Stop and say hello!!
