$5 entry
Half of pot goes to the biggest fish and the other half goes to the smallest fish caught.
Brats will be available.
Silent auction items will run till 2:00.
Contest will run from 9-2.

As this Sunday marks the last day for gamefish for '25-'26 season, we are coordinating a contest on Menomin. Our setup will be on the lake out from Point Comfort Park landing. Look for the Braxton's Bobber Bash sign. The entry fee is $5, with a 100% payout. There are no designated fish categories. The prize money will be split, with half going to the largest fish caught and the other half to the smallest fish caught by weight. A silent auction will also be held, with proceeds supporting Braxton's Bobber Bash 2027. We will fish from 9:00am-2:00pm. Grilled Brats will be available.

What an AMAZING day! We can't thank everyone enough for coming out to Braxton's Bobber Bash yesterday! We had a handful of big fish caught 🐟, some great prizes and lots of laughs 😂!

Preliminary numbers have the total raised for Halos of the St. Croix Valley over $3,500!

THANK YOU for the support you've provided to bereaved families in our area and we look forward to seeing you all again next year!

Let us know if you have any leads on potential sponsors or donations for next year. Maybe we'll start the planning process a little earlier this year. 🤪

❄️❄️Tomorrow is Braxton's Bobber Bash 2026❄️❄️

I have attached a map showing where we used to hold the tournament to where we will be hosting it. The Dunn County Fish and Game Clubhouse is where you need to be tomorrow. Lower part of the clubhouse in the rear of the building.
Everything will have to be paid in cash tomorrow.
We will be grilling brats and hotdogs. There is also a bar set up in the Clubhouse for all of your refreshments.
We will have raffle tickets for sale and we will be doing a 50/50 raffle.
Come out to support us and Halos of the St. Croix Valley!

Today is the last day to get pre registered for the tournament! Get registered today at braxtonsbobberbash.com to save time on Saturday. We will have a table set up in the parking lot for all that have pre-registered to sign a waiver and then you can go fishing. You can stop inside the clubhouse anytime during the event to claim your shirt and raffle ticket.
You can also wait till Saurday morning to register. Registration will open up around 8:30 Saturday morning in the lower part of the clubhouse. T-shirts will be first come first serve with limited amounts. If you register online today, you should be good with getting a shirt.

Wisconsin families: Winter Free Fishing Weekend is January 17-18. No fishing license needed for any open waters. Great opportunity to get outdoors with family and friends. Always check ice conditions and stay safe.

🎣🎣This Saturday, join us at the Dunn County Fish and Game Clubhouse for the 8th annual Braxton’s Bobber Bash ice fishing tournament!🎣🎣
We will be located in the lower part of the clubhouse, accessible through the rear entrance towards the lake.

Sign up to participate in the fishing contest to compete for the largest catch, or simply stop by for lunch, refreshments, and raffle tickets. Please note that you must be present to win all prizes.

The fishing contest will commence at 9am and conclude at 3:15pm, followed by raffles and fish prizes at approximately 4pm.

You can pre-register online at Braxtonsbobberbash.com till Thursday or sign up on Saturday at the clubhouse.

All money raised goes to Halos of the St. Croix Valley to provide financial, emotional, and remembrance support to families in Minnesota and Wisconsin who have lost a child from miscarriage through age 20.

Shirt orders will be submitted on Monday. To guarantee your shirt, you can pre-register until Sunday night. Online registration will remain available until the day before the event to speed up the registration process.

Everyone who pre-registers by midnight on Sunday, January 4th, will be entered into a drawing for a Beaver Dam tipup.
A live draw will take place on Monday evening!
