Wolfman Duathlon and Trail Run Off-road duathlon and trail run on the Shelby Farms Yellow and Blue trails along the Wolf River . Awards: Overall male and female three deep.

June 11 and June 12 - Registration 7:30 am, Race 9:00 am

6 or 12 mial trial run June 11, off road duathlon June 12
(3 Mile Run - 6 Mile Mountain Bike - 1 Mile Run)

Relay team options:
Male, Female and Mixed Teams!! Shelby Farms yellow and blue trails near the Walnut Grove bride at the Wolf River. Overal

l master male and female one deep. Age group 5 year three deep. Relay teams male, female and mixed overall three deep. Parent/Child relay one deep. Single speed one deep. Trail Run awards overall, master, and age group one deep. Registration 7:30 AM Race Starts 9:00 AM


Helmets are Mandatory! No iPODs or headphones of any kind!

Guys and Girls, this is to inform you about a memorial run for a friend, Lydia Gibson who has passed away! She was a great runner and left too young with a small son.
The run will start at the Bank across the street from Huey's at promptly at 6PM, so don't be late.
We will run the old Wednesday Night course and I will lead it on my bicycle and follow flour marks for the course. 3-4 miles!
Afterwards we will go to Boscos Squared for appetizers which will be furnished by Paul Sax and Wolfman. Drinks are on your own!
Please let me know if you can make it as I need numbers for Bosco's!

Ok boys and girls its getting close to race day and need everyone to get signed up!
I;
I'm extending the early sign up until this Thursday for everyones budget concerns. Late registration willl be Friday and race day!

The weather is going to be dry all this week and the trails will be so awesome!

Hey everyone it’s getting close to race day! If you plan on doing either the Duathlon or Trail Run I would love to see you sign up soon so I can plan all the necessary things to order!
The weather is looking great and the Trails are drying up!

ALSO, I have added special prizes for the best dressed male and female! So show us what you have! We will have a DJ with great music too!

Don’t forget about the hamburgers and hot dogs for all finishers!
