On Tuesday, we welcomed Experience Memphis Gardens to the Renasant Convention Center for a floral workshop overlooking the Mississippi River.

Thank you to everyone who came out, arranged beautiful summer planters, and spent part of their week with us.

Afternoons like this are such a great reminder that the convention center can also be a place for creativity, connection, and community.

From high school graduations to doctoral hoodings, this month has been filled with proud families, unforgettable moments, and graduates stepping into what’s next 🎓

Over the past several weeks, the Renasant Convention Center and The Cannon Center for the Performing Arts welcomed more than 7,800 graduates across 30 ceremonies.

Every cap toss, standing ovation, family photo, and walk across the stage represented years of hard work, support, and achievement.

One of the most meaningful parts of what we do is creating spaces where milestone moments happen.

We hope everyone had a great Memorial Day weekend. ✨

This week at the Renasant Convention Center and The Cannon Center for the Performing Arts is filled with community, creativity, and uplifting moments across downtown Memphis.

Today at 4 PM, we welcome a gardening-focused community program to the convention center. Thursday through Saturday, THAT Girl Conference brings together inspiring conversations and empowerment. Then on Sunday, Collage Dance Collective returns to the Cannon Center for its 16th annual student concert celebrating young Memphis talent on stage.

From community programming to performances and conferences, another meaningful week is taking shape in downtown Memphis.

A few weeks ago, the Renasant Convention Center hosted the final dance competition weekend of the season with Addiction Dance Competition’s StarPower Talent Competition. ✨

After the event, they shared kind words recognizing both Caroline, our Event Manager, and Eric, Catering Event Specialist with RK Bluff City, for the experience they helped create throughout the weekend.
