Calling All Vendors, Sponsors & Community Organizations!

The 2026 Meeker Pumpkin Festival is coming together, and now it’s time to start filling Fowler Street!

We’re looking for vendors, food vendors, local businesses, community organizations, sponsors, parade participants, Fun Run participants, volunteers, and others who want to be part of this year’s festival.

This year, we’re building something a little different: an old-world-inspired fall harvest market filled with wooden market booths, pumpkins, lights, food, music, activities, community traditions and plenty of reasons to stay awhile.

Saturday, October 24, 2026
Downtown Meeker — Fowler Street
Festival: 9 AM–9 PM (time subject to change)

Whether you want to sell, sponsor, participate, volunteer, promote your organization, enter the parade, or join the Fun Run, head to the festival website and tell us how you'd like to be involved.

And please share this post. We especially want to reach local makers, farms, artisans, food vendors, churches, nonprofits, civic groups and businesses throughout Meeker and the surrounding communities.
Let’s fill Fowler Street.
