ANNOUNCEMENT: We are proud to announce Billy Dean will receive the Lifetime Career Achievement award at the 12th Annual Josie Music Awards on September 20th at the Grand Ole Opry House.

Billy Dean is a Grammy nominated country singer-songwriter with more than 35 years of hits, including “Billy the Kid,” “Only Here for a Little While,” and “Somewhere in My Broken Heart.” Known for his signature blend of storytelling and melody, he helped define the sound of ’90s country while building a career that bridges country, folk, and singer-songwriter traditions.

His latest project, Looking Back, features acoustic reimagining’s of his most beloved songs, showcasing his guitar-driven style and deeper, more personal approach to storytelling. Whether performing live or connecting through new recordings, Billy Dean continues to reach longtime fans while introducing his music to a new generation.

ANNOUNCEMENT: We are proud to announce Brent Mason will receive the Musician Lifetime Achievement Award at the 12th Annual Josie Music Awards at the Grand Ole Opry House on September 20th. Brent has played on well over a thousand albums, including those of George Strait, Alan Jackson, Shania Twain, John Michael Montgomery, David Gates, Brooks & Dunn, Zac Brown Band, Scotty McCreery, Blake Shelton, Randy Travis, John Berry, Michelle Wright, Victoria Shaw, Martina McBride, Tim McGraw, Tracy Byrd, Trisha Yearwood, Chris Young, Hal Ketchum, Alabama, Reba McEntire, Jessica Andrews, Willie Nelson, Steve Wariner and Neil Diamond, and more.

Brent Mason is one of the most recorded guitarists in history. As one of the Titans of the Nashville studio scene, his impact on the "Nashville Sound" cannot be overstated. His versatile, ear-catching and iconic guitar work has helped define the sound of some of the greatest Country Music Artists of all time. Brent is a Grammy Award winner, a record 12 time winner of the Academy of Country Music (ACM) Guitar Player of the Year Award, and a two-time winner of the CMA Award Musician of the Year - being nominated in this category 32 times. He has been named as one of the top ten session guitarists of all time, joining the ranks of Jimmy Page, Larry Carlton, Tommy Tedesco and Steve Cropper. In his four decade career Brent has played on countless thousands of albums and continues to add to this extensive resume. To date he has played on over 2,000 top ten hit singles. He has also released two of his own albums, produced a number of artists, and holds several credits as a songwriter.
