Gingerbread Jubilee 22nd Annual Gingerbread Jubilee

Baking Contest ~ Online Auction ~ Gala Dinner & Auction ~ Community Tour All of the monies raised benefits the Theater.

The Jubilee is a multi-faceted holiday event held in November of each year to benefit The Craterian Theater at The Collier Center for The Performing Arts. The community is invited to show their artistic baking skills by creating gingerbread designs and participate in a gingerbread bake-off with cash prizes given for the best in each of the three categories: adult, student, group. The Theater is opened to the public for a community tour of the gingerbread art. An auction gala is held during the Jubilee where benefactors are invited to attend and enjoy a champagne welcome, holiday appetizer feast, silent auction, gingerbread art viewing and a live auction featuring trips, wine tours, dinners, etc.

Thinking about joining the 2026 Gingerbread Jubilee Baking Contest? Want to win a PRIZE?!!? Get your entry form turned by next Friday and you'll be entered into our Early Bird Drawing.

(Pssst: If you're not so much an early bird 🐦, the final day to turn in your form is Nov. 1.)

Did you know that a gingerbread creation doesn't have to be a house? We love to see the creativity and personalities of all of our bakers come alive during the Gingerbread Jubilee. We've seen spaceships, animals, literary references... you name it, you can probably make it out of edible materials!!!

Let us know what you think would make a great gingerbread creation!
