And, let's make it official!
D & M Racing and the entire crew pushed hard for this one. Thursday night shakedown passes brought early success that carried over to Friday's festivities which ended them the C/UTV ET World Record which was previously set earlier this year at Silverback Offroad Speedway!

Not only did this come with the C/UTV World Record but this parks the D&M built Can-Am X3 at the #1 spot on our 3 Seconds List and sets a new UTV track record at the Speedway!

Awesome job fellas! We are rooting for you at the next Sand Outlaw Series race!

D&M Racing with Brody Penoyer behind the wheel inched out the C/UTV record from the Evolution Powersports crew at Silverback Offroad Speedway during The SXS Shootout. Their 50mm mod car now has the record set at 3.556.

(C/UTV) C/Pro UTV:
UTV-type configuration, body must resemble OEM UTV, fully suspended, OEM style rear differential, OEM engine to chassis, billet engine girdles permitted, 1100cc max, 3/4 cylinders maximum 50mm inducer turbochargers, 2 cylinders maximum 55mm inducer turbochargers, no nitrous/ no other forms of forced induction, modified chassis permitted with maximum 136” wheelbase, no wheelie bar, no nitromethane

Max Effort Class registration: $75
Bracket Class registration: $50

Saturday: September 23rd
~ 9AM to 10AM Racer Registration
~ 10:15AM Max Effort Class Drivers Meeting
~ 10:30AM Max Effort Class Short Course Sight Laps
~ 11AM Max Effort Class Short Course Event
~ followed by Max Effort Class Hill Climb
~ followed by Max Effort Class Drag Race

Once the Max Effort Class is completed, we will move to the following:
~ Bracket Class drag racing
~ Stock to Quick Class qualifying sessions one and two
~ following qualifying, we will carry an open test and tune until midnight local time (track curfew)

After several conversations, and racer interests, we are moving the entire Max Effort Class and events, along with the Bracket Class to tomorrow morning and tomorrow afternoon.

Saturday: September 23rd
~ 9AM to 10AM Racer Registration
~ 10:15AM Max Effort Class Drivers Meeting
~ 10:30AM Max Effort Class Short Course Sight Laps
~ 11AM Max Effort Class Short Course Event
~ followed by Max Effort Class Hill Climb

~ Open Test & Tune (will follow Max Effort Short Course)
~ Bracket Class Time Trials (2 Sessions) and Eliminations Classes Qualifying (2 Sessions)

The Max Effort Short Course is mapped out and ready to rock and roll!
Official class registration kicks off Friday morning at 10am, followed by the short course portion of the Max Effort Class, and then we focus on time trials/qualifying for the eliminations classes.

Just under 24 hours before we all come together tomorrow night for the Silverback Offroad Speedway hosted Test and Tune starting at 5PM!
