Join us this Saturday from 10AM to approximately 2:30pm for the Timber-Frame Pergola Raising in the new 960 Park Avenue Parklet immediately adjacent to our site. Help us celebrate this milestone!

The project is a partnership with the RDA, owner of the site and is jointly funded by the Meadville Community Revitalization Corporation, RDA and grant funding from the T-Mobile Hometown Grant Program and the Crawford Heritage Community Foundation.

This Timber-Frame Pergola project represents a partnership among MCRC, RDA, David Yasenchack, and the National Timber Framers Guild, which is celebrating their 40th Anniversary by supporting 40 projects across the country through their "40 Frames for 40 Years" program.

The community is invited to witness this traditional raising and help us thank David and the volunteers who have lovingly crafted this gorgeous structure. Hope to see lots of you there!

Free coffee, hot chocolate, warm cider and cookies will be available. Please stop by and help us celebrate this milestone!
