Floor poured, water stop set, bar tied, plate down, now time to form. Notice the three pilasters. They will support the steel structure above along with a 12" thick outside wall. And the top will be at ff grade and will support an 8000 lb load. Also has roof beam of cast in place concrete and steel.

So everyday I always look for ways to improve. And we are happy to announce that my lovely wife , Shaunda Drew, is going to head our newly created HR Dept. She is taking us to Paycom. We can streamline even more and there are alot of added benefits with their systems. I recommend making a move to Paycom. They have alot to offer.

Guess what that is. I went to Midwest Hose and bought a hydraulic hose making setup with 1",3/4",5/8",1/2",and 3/8" hose 400' of each. Crimper, dies, and fittings. I am tired of getting taken to the cleaners by the small outfits. And we have alot of hoses to make. But, I am not making hoses for the public. This is for my company. To help streamline operations. You cant believe what you will save and anyone cant cut and Crimp if they have a little common sense.

Edmond job 40x60x18 with 12' lean tos, foundation, and basement. We are excavating basement 21x25.
Solid sandstone. About 8' down in solid ok sand stone. Wade and Marty got through the red and now are in the pink white. Excavator helps but a 900lb hammer on skid steer is getting it done. My men got her handled. About 2hrs Monday and we can set foundation forms for cellar.

We poured BC Walkers parking lot Wednesday morning. 105 yds. I had a great team of people on it. Super professional work.
We used Dolese and a 4500PSI 7 slump with midrange and air entrainment. Dolese batched from Harrah plant with 10 min spacing.
