Incoming 7th and 8th grade students: We hope you can join us on Tuesday, June 23rd, for our next Summer Fun Day. The 23rd is Movie Theme Day! The session is from 1:00 to 3:00 PM. Please drop off and pick up your child in the back of the school. Your child will knock on door #9 to be let in to the Band Hall. We will learn some movie theme music, play fun movie themed games and enjoy popcorn & drinks!

Please have your child bring their instrument/stick bag and band binder for the session. Dressing up as their favorite movie character is encouraged!

We could use 1-2 parents to help serve snacks and facilitate games. If you are a MISD cleared volunteer and available, please email Mrs. Zeier if you can help.

Incoming 7th and 8th grade students: We hope you can join us this Wednesday for Hawaiian Day! The session is from 1:00 to 3:00pm. Please drop off and pick up your child in the back of the school by door #9. We will learn some new music, and we will have some fun tropical themed games and activities!

Our new Percussion Director, Caleb Brown, will also be there! This is a great opportunity for our students to meet him.

Please have your child bring their instrument and band binder for the session. Hawaiian shirts, leis, and sunglasses are encouraged!

June 10 (1:00-3:00pm) - Hawaiian Day
June 23 (1:00-3:00pm) - Movie Theme Day
July 16 (1:00-3:00pm) - Games and Glow Day
July 28-30 (6:00-8:00pm) - Summer Band

All activities are held in the SJMS Band Hall. Be looking for emails from Mrs. Zeier and Mrs. Peichel for more details!
