The Skallywags Jeep Krewe is holding a hydration drive for our Washington County fire departments. After the past few weeks they definitely need anything they can get. If you’re free Sunday, join the convoy. If not, you can still donate directly to the Tails and Trails Venmo or dropoff anything to Trail Traders at the Moparfest event this weekend!

A very special thank you goes out to the Skallywags Admin teams of Mobile and Baldwin County.

Many people may not realize just how much work happens behind the scenes to make Tails and Trails possible. The Mobile Admin team begins planning as early as November, and from January until event day, the work and commitment only grow. What many see as a single event is actually the result of months of time, effort, and dedication.

To Jasmine, Diane, and Harold, thank you. Tails and Trails would still only be an idea without your hard work, leadership, and the countless hours you have invested to make this event a reality.

Since the launch of the Baldwin County chapter, the admin team from across the bay has jumped in, helping carry things across the finish line in the final weeks and helping everything run smoothly on event day.

To Matt, Tim, Todd, and Jeremy, thank you for jumping in, stepping up, and helping wherever needed. Your support has been a valued part of making Tails and Trails a success.

A special thank you as well to Heather from the Mississippi Gulf Coast chapter for heading up and organizing the convoy. Wrangling up a hundred Wranglers is quite the task and we appreciate you stepping in this year.

Thank you for everything you have done for this event, this team, and this community. We are truly grateful.

A huge and heartfelt thank you to all of our volunteers. This event truly would not be possible without each and every one of you. The time, energy, and effort you give means more than words can say, and it is because of your help that so many people are able to come out, make memories, and enjoy such a special event.

Your willingness to step up, serve, and give your time does not go unnoticed. You are a huge part of what makes this event so meaningful, and we are incredibly grateful for everything you do.

If you have been thinking about volunteering, we would love to have you join us. The more volunteers we have, the more we can share the workload and spread out the shifts, making it easier on everyone and allowing more time for all of us to enjoy the event together.

Did you catch our judges walking around with just their phones today?

Thanks to Trail Traders we were able to go digital on our judging sheets for real time score updates and tracking. No more needing 30 minutes to an hour after judging stops to tally up the scores. We had the results as soon as the last jeep was judged.
