We hope to see lots of friendly folks from across the area at tonight's Mazo Night Market! The event starts at 5 pm (6/18) in the downtown area. You can't miss it. Lots of fun stuff for families and kids. Music, vendors, crafts, and food. Come out and support your local businesses!

This year, the Gandy Dancer Bluegrass Festival is proud to sponsor this month's band, Down From the Hills. If you can make it out, we promise fun - a combination of bluegrass, country, folk, and maybe even a little Cajun music. If it's like last year, there'll even be 'dancin in the streets.'

Stop in and meet us at the Gandy Dancer booth -- we will have advance tickets (you'll be able to save a few bucks from online fees), t-shirts, and we can share more on the all-Wisconsin festival bands for our August 15, 2026 event.

🎤Down From The Hills plays bluegrass music inspired by the likes of Bill Monroe, Earl Scruggs & John Hartford. Our music features both instrumental solos & vocal harmonies. Often we add Cajun music to our shows, with Pat on the Cajun button accordion.

Down From The Hills plays traditional bluegrass, cajun, country, folk and all styles we can, that fit our acoustic instruments.

Hey All -- Just a pro tip for Mazo area bluegrass fans. If you'd like to save three bucks and get a real, live, old-fashioned paper ticket for our August 15 fest, come out to the Mazomanie Night Market on Thursday June 18 at 5 pm. We'll have tickets (cash or credit), this year's t-shirts, and some other merch. You'll also want to check out "Down From The Hills,” another Wisco-based bluegrass band we are sponsoring this year again in support of the night market event. Stop in and say "Hey!" and support our community's local businesses.

The lineup is here!

We’re excited to announce the 2026 Gandy Dancer Bluegrass Festival lineup, coming to downtown Mazomanie on Saturday, August 15th.

Join us for a full day of bluegrass music, family-friendly fun, and small-town charm in the heart of Mazo.

Main Stage Lineup
12:00 PM – The MilBillies
2:00 PM – Soggy Prairie
4:00 PM – Art Stevenson & High Water
6:00 PM – CHICKEN WIRE EMPIRE

Main stage tickets are just $15 in advance, and the rest of the festival is 100% free. Bring the family for mini-train rides, museum exhibits, food, drinks, bluegrass jamming, and a day full of community fun.

The festival grounds are located in downtown Mazomanie, with music on the Westland Promenade and at the Performing Arts Pavilion.

The Gandy Dancer Bluegrass Festival celebrates the best of small-town America: great music, a picturesque setting, local history, and a whole lot of heart.
