🎥 BIG FESTIVAL NEWS!

We are excited to welcome Access 21 to the Romanian American Cultural Festival - Second Edition. Their production team will setup a booth and will be with us throughout the day, filming performances, interviewing participants, and capturing the food, traditions, people, and stories that make our Romanian-American community so special.

About Access 21
Access 21 is delighted to participate in the 2nd edition of the Romanian-American Cultural Festival. The Charlotte Mecklenburg Public Access Corporation (CMPAC) is a private, non-profit corporation that was incorporated in May of 2000 for the purpose of operating the public access channel (Access 21) on the Spectrum cable system serving the City of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County. Our mission is to provide facilities and education that welcome and accommodate individuals to create and submit programming that expresses diverse opinions, talents, activities, and interests in the Charlotte metropolitan area through non-commercial open access television.

We see ourselves as Charlotte-Mecklenburg’s non-profit media center, and we offer members two television studios, an editing suite, a podcasting studio, and training in TV production, podcasting, and other areas such as music production, photography, and animation.

We encourage diversity in programming and continue to cover community events that celebrate Charlotte-Mecklenburg’s diverse communities, such as the Romanian-American Cultural Festival.
