All the information was put in the mail on Monday so some of you may have it some of you will have it soon. If you have any questions or help with accommodations just let any of us know! The one thing that we need from you is to please be sure in the next week to let us know the number of people you will have coming. We'd like to start getting the stuff that we need and don't want to get too much or worse yet not enough! So please let us know as soon as you are able....Thank you!!!!!
