🇺🇸🍎 BE PART OF THE ALL-AMERICAN PARADE!
The Mountain State Apple Harvest Festival Grand Feature Parade is one of the biggest highlights of our weekend, and we want YOU to be part of it!

From marching bands and dance groups to churches, local organizations, community groups, schools, businesses, classic cars and marching units, there’s a place for everyone in the parade!

For generations, the festival has celebrated the apple heritage that helped shape our community and the people who continue to carry that tradition forward. This year, we’re taking that celebration to another level as we honor America’s 250th birthday! 🇺🇸

With our theme, “From Our Orchards to Your Family, An All-American Celebration,” we’re bringing together our agricultural roots, our community traditions and the patriotic spirit of our nation’s 250th anniversary.

🇺🇸🍎 So gather your group, show your creativity and let’s fill the streets with apple heritage, hometown pride and All-American spirit!

Anyone who wants to participate in this year's parade must complete an application! They are due September 30 and are available online at MSAHF.com.

Think your apple pie could earn top honors? There’s still time to enter the Mountain State Apple Harvest Festival’s Annual Apple Pie Baking Contest!

Bring your best two crust, made from scratch apple pie and put your recipe to the test against some of the best bakers in the Eastern Panhandle. Top honors and bragging rights are on the line! 🏆

🍏 Three Divisions
🌱 Sprouts: Ages 5–13
🍎 Buds: Ages 14–18
🌟 Blossoms: Ages 19+

📅 Registration deadline: October 2, 2026
🥧 Pie check-in: Friday, October 16 | Noon–1 PM
📍 Berkeley County Youth Fairgrounds Exhibit Hall
