📢 Fairgrounds Office Hours Notice

Please note that the Calhoun County Fairgrounds Office will be closing tomorrow, Wednesday, June 3rd at 11:00 AM and will reopen on Friday at 9:00 AM.

If you need to drop off forms, payments, or other paperwork while the office is closed, please use our drop box:

📍 Black Drop Box – Located in front of the Floral Hall and Church. Look for the sign on the front gate labeled “Drop Box.”

To help ensure your items remain secure and organized, please place all materials in a sealed envelope before depositing them in a drop box.

🚨 Reminder Exhibitors! 🚨

The Exhibitor Deadline is Friday, June 12, 2026.

This means ALL exhibitor entries and payments — including exhibitor fees and pen fees — are due on or before June 12, 2026.

The Fairgrounds Office will be open that day from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM for payments and paperwork submissions.

Please make sure everything is turned in on time to avoid any issues with your entries. We look forward to seeing everyone at the 177th Calhoun County Fair!

Office Closure Notice

The Fairgrounds Office will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026 in observance of Memorial Day.

We will reopen on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 9:00 AM and resume normal office hours.

2026 Community Impact Day

We want to say THANK YOU to our amazing volunteers. Yesterday volunteers came and helped us organize our second largest fundraiser: The Merry Mile Presented by the Calhoun County Fairgrounds.

Just a reminder - exhibitors showing Sheep, Swine, and Goats MUST SUBMIT DNA SUBMISSIONS BY May 15, 2026.

The fairground’s office will be open Friday the 15th from 9:00am-3:00pm.

If you ever need to drop something off while the office is closed (forms etc), please utilize our black drop box located in front of our Floral Hall and Church. There is a sign on the front of the gate labeled “Drop Box”.

If you need to drop something off, please place items in a sealed envelope, with your name and livestock species so that your items remain intake and do not get mixed with other items.

The Sales Auction Meeting will take place on Monday, June 8th at 7:00 PM at the Covered Arena on the fairgrounds.

⚠️ Important Deadline:
Exhibitor forms and payments are DUE by Friday, June 12th.

If you haven’t signed up as an exhibitor yet, don’t worry—we’ll be there before the meeting at 6:00pm to help you get registered!
