PLEASE NOTE: All events for the season have concluded. This includes Santa visits, trolley rides, and the drive-through option. Vehicle access through the park is no longer permitted.

You are welcome to walk through Independence Park and enjoy the lights through January 1.

Thank you for your continued support. If you wish to donate to Prairie Home Hospice while visiting, donation boxes are located near the entrances of each parking lot.

Family Fun Night presented by Amiret Busy Bees 4-H Club is TONIGHT, Saturday, December 20th. Come out and see the reindeer provided by Red Stable Reindeer and sponsored by Ridgestone Team - Thrivent. The KayKo Baton Studio will kick off the night with a performance at 5:30 pm in the main shelter. Then from 6 - 8 pm, visit Santa, meet the Grinch and challenge him to a Santa Sack race, enjoy hot chocolate provided by The Bike Shop Marshall. We will also have games and treats for everyone to enjoy! Looking forward to seeing you all TONIGHT!

The drive through is CLOSED TONIGHT (Saturday, Dec 13th). Please don't not remove the barricades to drive through on your own. If this continues, this activity will be removed all together. Please don't wreck it for the community!

We have decided that we will be cancelling all the activities, including the drive through, tonight Friday, December 12th for the safety of our volunteers and the community. So, there will be no activities until Sunday evening. We appreciate your continued support during these challenging conditions. Thank you!

Just a quick reminder that we work hard to keep the lights and displays running smoothly each night, but sometimes the weather has other plans. Moisture, snow, and damp conditions can cause safety systems to trip, and when that happens we have to wait for things to dry before power can be restored.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we navigate the elements. Our team is out in the park daily doing everything we can to keep the experience bright and enjoyable for all.

***Due to the forecasted extremely low temperatures on Saturday, December 13th, we will be rescheduling Family Fun Night presented by Amiret Busy Bees 4-H Club to the following Saturday, December 20th.
