It's official - Marshall, Minnesota, has been chosen as a stop on the You Make THE Difference Tour - part of a nationwide initiative that's revitalizing fairs and exhibitions across North America.
This prestigious opportunity comes through the Minnesota Federation of County Fairs, recognizing Marshall as one of the communities leading the way in preserving and strengthening the spirit of rural America.
And it's not every day that a community of this size hosts a national event - the founder himself, lan Hill, will be in Marshall on Wednesday, April 15, bringing his powerful message of inspiration and practical tools for community success.
lan Hill has worked with more than 1,700 municipalities across North America, and he believes that the people in our rural areas are the heartbeat of this country.
The You Make THE Difference session will give local fair boards, volunteers, and community leaders hands-on training in volunteer recruitment, sponsorship, governance, and long-term community building - strategies you can use immediately to help your community thrive.
Admission is free, and everyone is welcome - board members, volunteers, and anyone who loves their community.
Wednesday, April 15 at 5:00pm CDT at the Americinn at 1406 Lyon St. in Marshall.
