Today’s men world road race championship (in Belgium). Wout Van Aert is favorite, but we’re pulling for longshot Peter Sagan, who won his first of 3 consecutive world road titles in 2015 in Richmond, VA, where we snuck on the course and rode it with the pro men and women (staying well out of their way) before heading south on the TTT course and beyond toward Jamestown, before returning. We strongly encourage heading to a world road championship week in the future, to experience the enormity of talent and the daily tailgate party atmosphere. Australia next year, then Glasgow, Zurich and Rwanda on the schedule.
