The 2026 routes are now linked on our ride website, https://hot-tamale.org/index_files/ride.htm You can download them to the RideWithGps app on your phone or other device. There's also a link to a paper map.

You can still sign up online through Sunday evening, at which time we'll shut that off and just go with day of ride registration, so we have time to prepare packets for pre-registered cyclists. There's a registration link at https://hot-tamale.org/index_files/ride.htm

Together, we're pedaling towards a brighter future! Donations from generous Hot Tamale Tour cyclists have been very helpful in creating the Marion Tallgrass Trail, a 12.5 mile paved recreational trail in western Marion County. Now we're taking it a step further: We've created an "acorn fund" at Marion Community Foundation. Once we raise another $5,000 for this fund, it will become a perpetual endowment that will continue to support the Tallgrass Trail for future generations. If you add a donation when you register, it will go to this fund.

This designated fund was created in 2025 through the generosity of members of the Heart of Ohio Tailwinds Bicycle Club. It supports the enhancement and maintenance of the Marion Tallgrass Trail…
