The Rec is OPEN for our normal hours (the pool, rock wall, and group fitness classes are closed) except that the weight rooms will be closed from 10-11 PM for extra cleaning! We are taking additional steps to add to our cleaning regimen to help keep you as healthy as we can! We are also asking that you not come in if you don't feel well. We'll be excited to see you back when you get better!

Turboween tonight at 6pm!! Come in your favorite 80's aerobic outfit and join the Halloween themed workout. Guests of members/students and staff will have the $5 fee waived tonight. Hope to see you there for the special new workout routine at the end of class.
