A last note from Kimberly, Operations Coordinator:
After careful consideration and soul searching, I have made the difficult decision to step down from my role as Operations Coordinator for The Woods Park & Pavilion, effective immediately.
I will no longer be the primary contact for The Woods, including rentals, tours, vendor inquiries, event questions, payments, or general correspondence.
Until Homeless to Home determines the next steps for managing The Woods, all future communication should be directed to:

The current phone number for The Woods, (740) 396-8228, will no longer be in service.
Any currently scheduled tours will need to be canceled and rescheduled directly with Homeless to Home. I apologize for the inconvenience this causes, especially for anyone who already had time set aside.
For those who currently have rentals on the books, I will be reaching out individually with information about who to contact moving forward and how to handle any remaining rental payments or questions.
With this transition, the Paws & Pumpkins Festival [the 2nd] is also canceled. I will be reaching out individually to those who have already signed up to participate in any part of the event, including vendors, sponsors, volunteers, food trucks, and anyone else involved.
The website will also be going through major changes again during this transition, so please bear with everyone as things are updated.
Thank you to every renter, vendor, food truck, volunteer, sponsor, photographer, small business, and community member I have had the chance to work with during my time with The Woods. I have genuinely appreciated the relationships built, the events planned, and the support shown for both The Woods and Homeless to Home.
