Marinette Menominee Young Professionals MMYP is a committee of the Marinette Menominee Chamber of Commerce. We strive to Welcome, Attract, Value and Engage all Young Professionals in our area.

Marinette Menominee Young Professionals goals are to enhance the vitality of the Marinette Menominee region by creating a strong community of engaged young professionals throughout our area businesses. We're a organization made up of several sub-committees such as Professional Development, Events and Activities, Communications and Membership committees. Each committee strives to promote our values which are Welcome, Attract, Value, Engage. Our hope is to attract and retain young professionals to the businesses and opportunities in the Marinette Menominee area.

The WAVE Young Professionals are excited to welcome their 2026–2027 leadership team: Chair, Paulina Vega of Waupaca Foundry; Vice Chair, Kyle Klumb of Marinette Insurance & Financial Services; and Secretary, Kody Klumb of Marinette Insurance & Financial Services. WAVE looks forward to another great year of connection, professional development, and community involvement!

WAVE extends its sincere appreciation to its outgoing 2025–2026 Co-Chairs, Keegan Delforge of ChemDesign and Kellie McCarthy of Johnson Controls International. Keegan also served as WAVE Secretary during the past year. WAVE Young Professionals Gather for Football, Fun & Networking - WAVE YPs gathered at Edgewater Sports Bar on Sunday, October 4th, 2026, for an afternoon of football, fun, and networking as the Green Bay Packers took on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Tours with the Tops Gives Young Professionals a Behind-the-Scenes Look at Pioneer Plastics!

WAVE Young Professionals recently toured Pioneer Plastics Inc. as part of its “Tours with the Tops” series on Thursday, September 17th, 2026. Attendees enjoyed a behind-the-scenes look at the facility, heard from company leadership, and learned more about Pioneer Plastics’ operations and career opportunities.

The evening continued at La Cabana Marinette, where participants had the opportunity to network and connect with fellow young professionals.
