Onyx Auditions will be postponed to OCTOBER 17TH, FROM 3PM TO 5PM.

Auditions are next Saturday the 26th from 12 PM to 2 PM! Here’s some additional information on what you will need to bring with you to the audition.

***We ask that you please dress in all black of your choice with no design or graphics (ex: plain black tank top or form fitting black t-shirt, with plain black leggings or black biker shorts)***

If you do not have access to a printer, you can email your resume to [email protected] atleast two days prior to the audition.

Meet our co-director Riley!

Riley is a Maricopa native and has been dancing her whole life (approximately 13 years). She loves every style of dance, her favorites being contemporary and jazz, and began choreographing in high school. Currently, she is studying to become a pharmacist but always keeps dance close to her heart. She loves the color blue, chocolate, and jamming to country music on late night drives.

Meet our co-director Grace!

Grace is from Detroit, MI but has been living here in Maricopa for 14 years. She’s been dancing since she was 7 in all different genres, her favorites are Jazz, Contemporary, and Ballet. She is going to school to become a Pediatrician and while going to school she is working at a local restaurant. Grace’s favorite colors are pink and yellow and she loves everything about fall! The smells, pumpkins, apple orchards, and cider mills. She’s very friendly and loves to meet new people!

Meet our co-director Alexa!

Alexa has been dancing for approximately 14 years with Desert Sun Performing Arts. She started her dance training at the age of 9 and has trained in a variety of dance styles. Her favorite styles are ballet, lyrical, contemporary and jazz. She enjoys doing her makeup, taking walks on the beach, exploring new places and making new friends! She is an Arizona native but had the opportunity to live overseas in Japan with her husband who was in the Air Force. She’s looking forward to this new season as an Onyx co-director!
