We just wanted to reach out to all of our current Marathon renters with an update. This past month has been quite difficult when it comes to the ice build up around the doors. The thunderstorm & then freeze didn’t help at all. We scattered almost 400 lbs of ice melt around the doors this weekend and will continue this week. Hopefully, the sun & temperatures will start cooperating! If you truly need to get into your unit in the next week or so, please call to make arrangements with us ahead of time so we can work on removing excess ice around the door as some of the gaskets also froze to the concrete. In 20 years of the storage business, this is a first and are doing our best to help in any way possible. Thanks for your understanding. We know you had a choice and will continue to strive to offer our best service possible!🤗
