Our annual event to celebrate Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month organized by SOMA Cross Cultural Works.

You're all invited to celebrate Holi, festival of colors, this Saturday, May 6 in Maplewood, New Jersey at Memorial Park. We still have Spring so let's celebrate it as long as we can before the hot muggy Summer arrives.
All you foodies out there will be able to purchase the best samosas around. Sure, you've tried mango lassi. But have you tried THANDAI, another delicious drink. Here's your chance to taste delicious street food made by India Bazaar and The Simple Fare Bakery in Millburn.

The Lion Dance is coming to SOMA to bring good luck on January 29 at 3:30 pm! Don’t miss Lunar Fest NJ 2023!

Free admission and open to the public.

Everyone always looks forward to the LION DANCE! This year, the Lion dance returns to Lunar Fest NJ to close out the festival at 3:30 PM on Sunday, January 29.

The lion dance will be performed by Fong's Hung Ga Kung Fu Association. Thank you to Sifu Bill Hong who, coincidentally, grew up in SOMA and attended Columbia High School (Maplewood, New Jersey), for supporting the festival. https://fongshungga.com/
