🚨 SPRING FLING VENDOR INFORMATION – PLEASE READ 🚨
We are excited to have you join us for the Maplesville Spring Fling Event tomorrow! Please review the setup instructions below to help everything run smoothly.
📍 Main Street will close at 7:00 a.m.
Traffic will be ONE WAY ONLY for vendor entry.
➡️ Vendor Entry:
Enter at the caution light on Main Street.
🚫 DO NOT enter from Railroad Street or the alley.
Committee members will be present to direct you to your vendor space.
When you arrive:
• Pull in to your spot
• Unload quickly
• Then move your vehicle to park so the street stays clear for other vendors
• You may return to your booth afterward to finish setup
⏰ Setup Times
• Food Vendors: 8:00 – 9:30 a.m.
• Street Vendors: 8:00 – 9:30 a.m.
All vendors must be fully set up by 9:30 a.m. and ready to open at 10:00 a.m.
⚡ IMPORTANT:
No power source is provided. Vendors must bring their own generator if power is needed.
🎉 Event Hours
10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
🚫 No vehicles will be allowed back on the street until after 2:00 p.m. – NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you choose to leave before 2:00 p.m., all items must be carried out by hand.

After weeks of planning, 1,247,000 text messages, emails and phone calls 😂, checking the weather 8700 times a day, moving things around, and running on coffee (Christine)and Dr Pepper Zero (Karen) and pure determination…

Your Spring Fling planning committee — Christine, Karen, Cheryl, Cathy, Yvonne, Mary, Lynne, Kelsey, and Nicole — have worked hard to pull this together for our town. Even had FB posts wondering what 6 crazy women was doing in the middle of Main Street at 9pm last night marking off parking spots 😂😂😂😂

But if nobody shows up… we will sadly be forced to spend the day walking around eating from all 7 food trucks and shopping the vendors.
It’s a burden we’re willing to carry for Maplesville. 😂 😜🤣 Just kidding Please

📰 MAPLESVILLE COMMUNITY WEATHER BULLETIN 📰
Local meteorologists are reporting a frog-strangling, gully-washing, Noah-checking-the-ark type rain system headed toward Alabama.
However… sources confirm the storm has agreed to wait until Saturday night before arriving in Maplesville. 😌
Which means Spring Fling is still ON and we’ve got the perfect window to have a good time Saturday from 10 AM – 2 PM on Main Street.
Here’s what’s happening:
🍔 7 Food Trucks ready to feed you
🛍 Street Vendors with lots of great finds
🎈 Bounce Houses from Jac’s Party Rentals for the kids
🐰 FREE pictures with the Easter Bunny (bring your own camera!)
👀 We’ve also heard a few rumors that there may be some giveaways happening during the event… but you didn’t hear that from us.
Cloudy skies don’t stop Maplesville folks.
So come eat, shop, let the kids play, and enjoy the day before the frogs start swimming down Main Street Saturday night. 🐸🌧
