First Friday is a fun-filled, family-oriented celebration held the first Friday of each month, April-December, 6-8 p.m. on the Downtown Manteo Waterfront.

Happy June!! There are so many cool things in store for this week's First Friday!!

- Dare Arts has 2 brand new exhibitions opening inside the Gallery, and they will have line dancing with Andrea, hula hooping with Summer Spins, and fire dancing with Panda Daniels in The Courtyard from 6pm to 8:15pm.

- There will also be live music by Mama's Black Sheep in The Davis Lot, The Walking Dolphins at Magnolia Pavilion, 3 Electric at Poor Richards, The Bar Cats Duo at NouVines, That Guy Shane at Old Tom's Beer & Wine, and DJ Night with Lady Lux at Lost Colony Tavern.

The First Friday Manteo Stroll, where restaurants and shops in downtown Manteo stay open late with specials, live music, sales, and events at their locations, will also be happening from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Check out the blue graphic to see who is participating this month!

Dare Arts has three Pocosin Arts resident’s exhibit opening in the Vault Gallery, and they will have Joe Mapp playing live music on the front porch of the Gallery starting at 6:00pm. The opening reception is free and open to all!

There will also be live music by Jeremy Russell at Old Tom’s, Toolan & Evans at NouVines, CHEZZE at Poor Richards, and the Lost Colony Tavern will be hosting DJ Night. The Pioneer Theater will be hosting "An Evening with EVERYTHING" for the release of their new album MOTION EMOTION at 8pm.

Happy First Friday of October! Join us this evening in beautiful downtown Manteo for live music, food, drinks, shopping, art, and community fun starting at 6:00pm!

Dare Arts has two new exhibits opening and live music by The Jazzmen in The Courtyard. There will also be live music by Harrison & Wentz in the Davis Lot, Stephen Brown Band at Old Tom’s, Toolan & Evans at NouVines, CHEZZE at Poor Richards, and the Lost Colony Tavern will be hosting DJ Night. The OBX S**g Club will be at Magnolia Pavilion from 5:30-7pm.
