First Friday is a fun-filled, family-oriented celebration held the first Friday of each month, April-December, 6-8 p.m. on the Downtown Manteo Waterfront.

Join us between 6pm and 8pm in downtown Manteo for First Friday and the kick-off of Halloween Island!

Dare Arts is hosting opening receptions for The Great Arts Heist Benefit Art Auction and Eric Riggs' mixed media exhibit, and they will have live music by Connected in The Courtyard.

There will also be live music by The Conch Shells in The Davis Lot, Havana Club at Magnolia Pavilion, Suzie Jacuzzi at Poor Richards, The Bar Cats Duo at NouVines, El Jay at Old Toms, DJ Cowboy Joe at The Pioneer Theater, and Chezze at Lost Colony Tavern.

The First Friday Manteo Stroll, where restaurants and shops in downtown Manteo stay open late with specials, live music, sales, and events at their locations, will also be happening from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. First Friday is a free, family-friendly event!
