We’re still expressing our thanks for such a wonderful festival weekend!! We truly pulled together to make this happen and our volunteers are the best!!

On behalf of the Cochon de Lait festival and the Mansura Chamber of Commerce, we want to extend a special thanks to the Mansura Chief of Police John Johnson and his amazing police officers for the dedication, protection and professionalism they showcased this past weekend. We take pride in our police officers and they made sure everyone was safe and sound at the Cochon de Lait Festival.

Special thanks to the Raymond Laborde Correctional Facility for providing extra security at our festival. We appreciate the support you provided.

Special thanks to our community of Mansura! We asked for a peaceful event and you delivered. We showed everyone in Avoyelles that we can indeed have a peaceful gathering. Thank you to the parents and guardians who had special talks with your children about their behavior. We’re proud to call you citizens of Mansura!!
