Start race weekend with an easy shakeout run at Fleet Feet!

Join us Saturday, June 13 at 9:00 a.m. for a free run before race day. It’s a great chance to loosen up your legs, hang out with other Garden runners, and get into race weekend mode.

After the run, stick around to grab your bib, check out race merch, and pick up any last-minute race-day items at Fleet Feet.

Race morning pickup will be available Sunday, June 14th, from 5:45 AM to 7:00 AM at the Garden of the Gods main parking lot.

Have a middle or high schooler who loves to run? There’s still time to register them for the NEW Garden Youth Classic, a 2.9-mile trail race created for runners in grades 7–12, ages 12–18.

As the first event in Pikes Peak Marathon’s Youth Trail and Mountain Running Race Series, the Youth Classic gives young runners a chance to take on real trails, real elevation, and a real race-day experience in Garden of the Gods.

The Youth Classic starts at 7:10 AM on Sunday, June 14th. Registration is $15 and closes Saturday, June 13th at 7:00 PM.

Inside, you’ll find the details you need for race morning, including course information, start times, aid stations, parking, bib pickup, post-race details, and more.

Let’s talk parking. 🚗

We know, we know. Not the most exciting race topic. But with thousands of runners, one main road in and out, and a very busy race morning, this is one of those things you really do want to plan ahead for.

PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY! Future-you will be very grateful!

🔸 Parking for the Garden of the Gods 10 Mile, 10K, and Trail Run is located at Rock Ledge Ranch Historic Site, near the start line. Use the main entrance to the park at 30th Street and Gateway Road.

🔸 Getting dropped off or taking a rideshare? Aim for Chambers Way, south of Rock Ledge Ranch. Important note: drivers will not be able to exit through the main park entrance until after the race starts, so plan accordingly.

🔸 Additional parking is available at Coronado High School, 1590 W. Fillmore St. Park there and hop on a shuttle for an easy ride to the start line. Shuttles will run continuously from 5:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

🔸 You can also park at Howbert Elementary, 1023 N. 31st St., or along in the Pleasant Valley Neighborhood S. of Rock Ledge Ranch. Please be kind to our neighbors and do not block driveways or sidewalks.

Basically: arrive early, know your plan, and don’t make race morning parking your hardest workout of the day. 😉

Want to get a feel for the Garden course before race day?

Join the Pikes Peak Road Runners for the Garden Preview Run on Saturday, June 6th at 7 a.m.

This is a great chance to run the course, get familiar with the rolling terrain, and spend the morning with other runners getting ready for June 14th.

Whether this is your first Garden race or you’re coming back for the 50th running, a preview run is always a good idea.

We’re excited to welcome Fleet Feet - Boulder Running Company - Colorado Springs back as a Garden race partner!

Fleet Feet will once again be part of race weekend, hosting bib pickup and the Garden shakeout run at their location.

We’re grateful to have Fleet Feet back with us for the 50th running of the Garden of the Gods races. Having them involved gives runners another place to connect, ask questions, and get race weekend started on the right foot.
