📊 TRAIN. TRACK. IMPROVE.

At CGA, we want our players to do more than just get reps — we want them to understand what those reps are telling them.

Our HitTrax system gives players instant feedback and real-time data during training, turning every swing and throw into an opportunity to learn and improve.

⚾ Track performance
📈 See real-time results
🎯 Identify areas to improve
💪 Measure progress over time

Whether you’re working through a lesson with one of our instructors or putting in extra work, HitTrax gives players and coaches another powerful tool to make training more purposeful.

The numbers don’t lie — and when you can measure it, you can improve it.

HitTrax is available right here at Complete Game Academy at Spooky Nook Sports and can be incorporated into lessons with our CGA instructors.

Ready to see what your numbers look like? 👀

Welcome to CGA’s coaches corner!

What does Coach Garvey wish more 12U players worked on?

For hitters: handling the outside pitch and protecting the plate with two strikes.

For pitchers: locating the ball throughout the strike zone.

We’re kicking off CGA Coach’s Corner with skills players can bring into their next practice—and their next game.

What would you like our coaches to cover next?

Game days get the attention. Development happens in the work between them.

The swings, bullpen sessions, defensive reps, strength work and small adjustments that eventually show up when it matters.

The season may change. The standard doesn’t.
